Resurrection Thoughts

On this glorious Resurrection Sunday, my heart resonates with the stirring of renewal, the promise of a fresh beginning. Today, I am captivated by the sense of limitless possibilities and the dawn of new opportunities.

I eagerly anticipate the unfolding of the next thrilling chapters in my life. The recent setback I faced was merely a stepping stone to my triumphant return and rise to greatness.

I am filled with anticipation as I prepare to harvest the bountiful blessings of Elohim's unwavering love, protection, grace, and mercy. It is already decreed. All I must do is venture forth, guided by the divine path lovingly carved out for me, and with the divine assistance of the Holy Spirit, I am destined to reach my ultimate purpose safely and triumphantly. Amen.

Off To The Future

I am so excited to experience what God has in store for me in this year 2018. I have told you about the goodness of my Lord and Savior. You have seen his hand in my life over the past decade or so. I have always been open and honest about the miracles he has worked in my life.

I know that when you submit to His will, your journey is so much sweeter because you realize that no matter how bad it looks, God has a plan for you. Just like a loving parent, God allows you to walk on your own, but trust, he is there looking over you, protecting you from danger and harm. As long as we stay obedient to his Word, He will continue to bless us. To gain the biggest benefit, you must maintain your personal relationship with Our Lord.

When you do and are in tune, you will see how God reveals. If you are not clear, or don't feel sure of a situation, just be still, take it to God and watch how your correct next step will be revealed. Ask Him to smooth it out for you and then look and listen, I promise you, He will direct your steps.

Sometimes, it feels like He has forgotten your request, He has not. There maybe many reasons for this. Perhaps you have a lesson to learn or you need to associate or even disassociate with people, places, and/or things. Just listen.

To become a good listener to God's instruction, you must give Him time. This is how you build and maintain a personal relationship with God. Pray to Him, let Him know you appreciate everything He has done and will do. Praise Him even when you are in the center of the storm. I  am telling you that if you do this and steady His Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth (BIBLE), You will see the evidence of God in your life.

Just recently, I have had a test. I asked that God reveal the truth of a situation and true to His word, He has opened my eyes. I am seeing the path I should take so clearly and the outcome has already been promised, Amen and Amen.

To those who follow my writings, God bless and keep you and may 2018 be you best most bless year ever!

I'm Ready For 2017

2016 has been a trying year for me. There have been many challenges I have had to overcome. Through it all I have not only survived, but thrived.

I have had 3 slave jobs this year. WDGP has been highly ranked, then low ranked, now doing well and getting better in rank. I have not made much progress with Children's World of Music, Inc, but I remain hopeful things will turn around for us in 2017. We really need a building.

I have had to restructure my finances and I am no where near the growth goal I set at the start of 2016.

On a positive note, I have written the first installment of my book, Winning Like A Boss!: Make Power Moves By Developing A Power Mindset, (available on Amazon Kindle) and I am working on the next one.

I have met some amazing people this year and have cultivated and nurture some existing relationships.

As I look back, it has been challenging, but I have learned a great deal and I am ready for the new challenges ahead in 2017. I can also count many blessings.

Now is the time to write out my plan for the coming year so this time next year, I can see further growth. Goodbye 2016, Hello New Year.

Happy Holidays to you one and all! God bless.

God is truly amazing. If you had asked me 5 years ago what I’d be doing now, I would have never said, Owning and programming an Internet Radio Station, being an Affiliate Marketer, a Travel Agent, and a Nurse. I really thought my nursing days were behind me (39 yrs is long enough, right?) but God led me to my current position where I am appreciated. I was told by my DON that she wants me to be happy there so I’ll stay awhile, isn’t that the best? Although Nursing is my first job and I will always love it, Music is my passion. It’s been that way since I was a young child.

I would always save my allowance to buy music. I would dance and sing along in our living room. Those were happy times. I even thought of myself as a singer, especially since I recorded myself singing one of my favorite songs by Natalie Cole. Everyone was so surprised by my voice, some even doubted it was really me. However, I had terrible stage fright and it wasn’t until I was a grown woman that I tackled and conquered that fear. Now I mostly sing for myself, although I was in a play that required me to sing which was pretty well received.
I still enjoy great music, regardless of genre. I love great music with wonderful lyrics, that’s the best to me. WDGP allows me to continue to immerse myself in great music. Not that great music we hear on FM radio, there is so much more variety than that and so many talented Indie Artists. God has blessed me to be in a position to grant them a platform to display those talents and in addition, a platform for the Children of Children’s World Of Music (CWOM) to display their talents when CWOM is fully operational.

We were functioning on a limited basis with piano, voice and drama in a co-operative situation, but lost the space. We of course don’t know the meaning of “giving up” so we are building funds to get a space conductive t our goals for CWOM and this is where you can help. It’s coming to the end of the year and you need to get yourselves some tax deductions, why not let us be one. We will happily accept your donations either directly (info found at our website http://childrensworldofmusic.org/) or our crowd funding page http://crowdrise.com/childrensworld... either way, we will provide donation documentation.

Once we have a space, we will then need instructors, instruments, computers, recording equipment and more so we can remain your cause for a long time. To find out what we are all about, visit out website,  http://childrensworldofmusic.org/ You can contact me at dianabroomfield@childrensworldofmusic.org if you’re interested in donating time or equipment as well.

Over the years I have met some amazing human beings who have enriched me beyond measure. These are folks who are and are not a part of the music scene but have great insight into business (which includes music) specifically, and Life in general. I have learn much and been reinforced greatly and I am appreciative and love them all. I do realize that I will continue to meet more people that will continue to impact who I am and I welcome that. God always sends us who and what we need to continue the journey to His plan for us. I don’t know about you, but I am enjoying the journey. So here’s to the next 5 years and beyond! I hope you travel it with me.

My Weekend

This has been a great weekend for me. My intuition is sharp and I know I am on the correct path. It was confirmed Friday night when I went to the Good Friday program at my church. When my sister first informed about the service,  I was lukewarm. Fridays are always hard for me I am always tired from the week. On Friday morning, I awoke tired as usually but by the time I got to work I was feeling better. I think it was because I had made the decision to go to the service that evening. I was now looking forward to it.

One of my Brother and a Sister spoke during the program. There were seven speakers and they had all been given a scripture to explain. In between the speakers were songs and dancers. My Brother has always been shy and so I was amazed at the fact that he was speaking, but I was blow away by his message. My sister has always been a great speaker and she good as were the other speakers. I was really enjoying the service and thanking God for all my blessings.

After the closing prayer, we all were socializing saying hi to each other and catching up. I was giving and getting hugs and kisses and feeling so much love and peacefulness. Then the First Lady of the church came over to speak to me and I just reached out and hugged her, something came over me and I told her I loved her (She is an awesome woman of Christ). She said she needed that and hugged me tighter. As we were embraced this feeling came over the both of us and she begin speaking in tongues and saying she felt that, so did I it was like a jolt of energy and I was instantly changed. She kept saying that I was anointed. This wasn't the first time I have been told this. Another minister had told me this many years ago in my youth. This time I was so overwhelmed with this feeling of joy. I knew in that instant that the goals I have set for myself will be fulfilled. Before the First Lady came over to us I had been telling my Sister about my vision and asking for her help. After the encounter with the First Lady, I couldn't even finish my explanation to my Sister, but she, who is also a spiritual soul, simply said, “Yes, I help you no problem.”

Saturday afternoon, I did my Blogtalk Radio Show where I talked with Laurel Nicolosi and one of her sponsor or “Upline” Ronnie Branch. It was a good show they gave some good information, so good that I became a customer. And you'll never guess, Ronnie joined my social network, Internet Marketers, God is good, and  life great. I felt I needed to fortify myself, not just spiritually but physically as well. I was led to purchase their Vitality packs because they seem to have the nutrients a body requires for good health. I’ll let you know in about a month if I notice any benefit from taking them. I have a feeling I will.

My main goal is to replace my current income from a JOB and do what I want when I want. One thing I want to do is to start a program to help adolescent females grow into self-confident, accomplished women. Everyone keeps telling me girls are hard, but that's what has been put on my heart. Having raised daughters, I think today’s teenagers need a lot more guidance and there are so many programs for boys, the girls are being overlooked. With all that’s in the news lately, all the physical abuse, murders of Mothers and Daughters, and with the economic problems, like the Boys and Girls Clubs having to downsize, it just seems that now is the time. So this is what I will be working on. My first step is to raise some money for my project. I’ll let you know how I progress.

Editor's Note: I originally wrote this blog entry in April of 2009 for some reason, it was never posted. I post it now because as I read it, I realized that I have indeed been on my path and the joy is in looking back and seeing my growth. The program for Girls evolved into a music based program for all children. God gave me that and I have in deep in my heart and soul. It is now a reality, I am working hard on building our funds, Our first fundraiser for the public is scheduled for May 30th 2015. God is great and worthy to be praised!!

Coming From There To Here (Stepping Out On Faith)

Wow, April 16, 2015 already! I never thought I'd be where I am today. The second day of no having to punch a clock and make money fr someone else. Today, it is all about my business. For years I have made money for others while just playing games with myself about taking my own ventures to the next level.

I consider myself a woman of faith, yet I seemed to be stuck, just dabbling in the water instead of taking that plunge. Was it age that gave me pause? When I was younger with small children and so much more to lose, I was bolder, I took chances and I didn't second guess myself or God's plan for me. I wasn't afraid. What happened? I can't claim fear yet I can I not.  When I think of this I am reminded of a story I once heard.

The Drowning Man -

A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.
Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, "Jump in, I can save you."
The stranded fellow shouted back, "No, it's OK, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me."
So the rowboat went on.
Then a motorboat came by. "The fellow in the motorboat shouted, "Jump in, I can save you."
To this the stranded man said, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith."
So the motorboat went on.
Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, "Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety."
To this the stranded man again replied, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith."
So the helicopter reluctantly flew away.
Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, "I had faith in you but you didn't save me, you let me drown. I don't understand why!"
To this God replied, "I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?"

I had a long talk with myself and then I went to God.  I do not want to be like the drowning man. I have to recognize His help when it arrives. He has given me so many opportunities to do better for myself and my Family. WDGP Radio, Children's World of Music, Simplicity Travel  and so much more..... The out come of Our conversation is what you see now. I am putting "job" on the back burner right now. I am going to focus on my dreams, goals and desires. I am truly on "my" path. I have no one to prove anything to except myself. I am proving that I not only talk the talk but walk the walk. I trust God in all things.

Once I made the decision to let go of the status quo and do a new thing, I got so much confirmation. I have discovered a young woman who is not only as ambitious as I am but thinks just like me. Together we will do big things incorporating the things we love about life. Things like independent music, children, home schooling Black business, and the list goes on.  I have time to work on my non-profit Children's World of Music and I have been asked to partner in some great opportunities. The future looks bright. Thank you Jesus!!

Life, a Precious Gift (Miracles Happen Everyday)

Life is beautiful, amazing, unpredictable and a gift from God. It is to cherished and enjoyed. Life is full of miracles. They really do happen daily. It is just that some attribute them to luck or fate, I say they are all from God. If you believe in Father, Son and Holy Spirit, you will begin to recognize them and stop and give thanks for His goodness and mercy. I believe that to help each other to recognize the goodness and mercy of God, we must share our experiences. Today I will relay to you the reader, the last miracle I experienced.

On August 8, 2014, I was on my way to my Aunt's funeral. I had to travel about 50 minutes so I was on Interstate 97 heading for Glen Burnie, Md. On this particular stretch of highway the speed limit is 65 miles per hour. As you might imagine, at 10 am in the morning, there was not a lot of traffic, thus I am sure all were traveling a bit faster than 65 mpg. I think I was at 75 myself and the car ahead of me was not that close. I was in the right lane and I remember that there was a small white compact car in front of me. In the left lane, about 3 cars ahead of me was a Cadillac. I  noticed because I saw it sway out back and forth and then spin around to face us. and it was coming head on. Myself and the white vehicle in front of me hit the brakes. The Cadillac came to stop half on the shoulder and have in our path. The miracle was not that we all stopped in time but that we stopped dead in our tracks with no skidding. At the speed we were traveling, this is not a likely scenario. It was the hand of God that stops our vehicles so suddenly. No evidence that we were speeding. After Thanking God for saving us all. I proceeded on my way.

As I continued, I noticed the white car was not yet moving and imagined the driver was a bit shocked since that car would have have the worst of it being hit from front and back if God had not intervened. I also thought about the headline if it had been a different outcome. I mean, how ironic would it have been to be on the way to a Home Going celebration and be joining your loved one because of something like this. Trust me when I say, I was so thankful and full to know the grace of god at that moment and the hours that followed. Even now weeks later when i think about this incident, my soul is so happy and full of gratitude, I am tearing as I type this recounting of my latest miracle.

When I told of this miracle to a friend, she said,

"God isn't through with you yet, you've got some more work to do!"

I think she was right and I stand ready to go where He leads me. I will not waste a moment. Life is a precious gift and I am so so appreciative.  I encourage you to continue to your personal relationship with the Father and stay on the path He has for you, for there is nothing small about it. Keep your eyes open for everyday miracles!

Everything In Its Time

This is a statement of how I am feeling right now. I am so grateful to God  for grace and mercy. I just have to take a pause and thank Him. I see how far he's brought me . Only I can know where my journey has brought me from, God knows the path I am traveling, I will continue to let Him and His Son, and the Holy Spirit guide me and I will continue to follow their  lead as to which move I need to make when. Doing so has not failed me so far. Hallelujah!

God won't Fail

Of course, I am so anxious to get started providing services to children. I really wanted to be ready to start at least for limited hours through out the summer with at least Dance and Piano lessons, Of course, everything happens as it is supposed to, according to His will on His timetable. This walk is certainly teaching me this lesson. I have no doubt it will all happen as God has shown me,  I am like a kid waiting for Christmas. I must be patient. I know there are still things to do and people to put in place and so I have to take a step back and let my Father do his thing.

Even as I am writing this blog, The Spirit  has brought to my remembrance, the childhood friend I ran into a year ago. I stopped to give him a call before it got too late and look at God! I might have a viable space to hold charity events to benefit Children's World of Music. I have a meeting next week with the Dance Program Director and he just happens to be a great manager/promoter. I am feeling so much joy as I finish this entry. God is so good to me, even when I am going through, I am smiling. I smile because I am happy. I smile because I am glad. If his eye is on the  sparrow, then I know He watches me!

Time Is Moving On

It's amazing to me that I haven't written since January and it going into the end of April, the first quarter of 2014 is over! Time is flying by. My 56th anniversary is fast approaching. I have not met my all my personal goals for this year, however I am pushing forward on both personal and professional goals. All I can tell you is I am not in control, I have let go and I am letting God do it his way because I know he only wants to prosper me. I am so thankful for all the wonderful folks he has put into place to help me on this journey.

He is so amazing and awesome and loving and his grace and mercy is what I am most thankful for. It's amazing how my attitude has changed since I decided to develop my relationship with my Lord and Savior. Things could not be working out any better.

I prayed for a connection to my local school board and low and behold, I now have one! It is so true as a believer, once you ask God for what you want and consider it done, it is so!!

I am sorry,  I had a different subject  to write about tonight, but I told you I let him lead and this is what he told me to write. Someone needs to know about God's grace and mercy.

Is there a difference between grace and mercy?

Yes!  Mercy is NOT getting what you deserve–the wrath of God.  Grace is getting what you DON’T deserve–the righteousness of Christ.

Could you imagine if we didn't have both? I would not want to live anywhere I didn't.

We just finished celebrating Christ's Resurrection this past Sunday. Christ came and died to show us mercy. He showers us in his grace daily.

We are discussing God's grace, mercy and more on Infect Truth which airs Thursday nights from 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm. The host is Brother Bass, His wife Troy and yours truly. Consider this your personal invitation. There is no judgement, just open discussion/communication. Join us and be blessed.  Dial in 712-432-0900 enter code 155879# when prompted. You can also listen from the website. If you shy, communicate in the chat room. We hope to welcome this week Thursday. Thanks for reading.

2012 Ending ...2013 Beginning

Wow, can you believe we are approaching the end of the year? Time certainly flies. As I reflect on the past year, I have much to be thankful for.
1. I was able to bring my vision into creation. Children's World of Music was created.
2. I am continuing to create this children's music and arts program, currently seeking a space to get started.
3. WDGP radio is thriving. I have Artists contacting me to book on the show Conversations.
4. Even without a job for the last year and a half I was able to keep WDGP up and growing and was able to get Children's World of Music incorporated and registered for non profit status.
5. After being without employment for a year and a half, I am in the perfect job that allows me to make money and grow my personal businesses.
6. My Family is healthy and Happy (for the most part)
7. I have started a new business in which proceeds will assist Children's World of Music.
There is much more in my blessings column but these are what I am most thankful for.

As I look forward and plan for next year, I am humbled and excited to have spoken my dream into existence. I will be looking for space as I plan fundraisers and seek out Music and dance instructors and seek a music store connection.

I will be growing my coffee business

so I can get into profit and give 30% to Children's World of Music. You all can certainly help me with this one. I know you drink coffee, coffee drinks, tea or hot chocolate, even if you don't, I know you know someone who does. Instead of spending good money on extravagant coffee at Starbucks and McDonald's why not drink great coffee that more healthful and benefits others. You might even want to join me in business since we all know we need more than a JOB to make it these days. Please stop by my website and see if anything interest you and most definitely refer others. Remember 30% of profits go directly to Children's World Of Music the rest go back into building my business. If you see me, ask me for a sample.

Stay tuned to watch our progress in 2013. God Bless and Happy Holidays to you and and yours. Please take time to enjoy life. Please see links below.

Sunday, February 19, 2012

Here it is, days into the second half of February 2012. On the one hand, it seems just yesterday it was January 2011, on the other, it's been a tumultuous 13 months. I remain without a steady income. I have lost my car and I am barely holding on to my home.  I have been reasons to just give up but I can not. I know it's not the end, just the clearing out for my new beginning.

I think that when things are meant to be, they just are. Take WDGP for example, through all I have been going through, the station lives on. We celebrated out 2 year anniversary on January 28, 2012. It's been an amazing time with much growth and a few changes and we will change even more this year. Although I am struggling in my personal finances, WDGP is strong and flush. There are those folk out there who never want to see it fade away. This is further confirmation that I am doing a good thing. I help people and people help me keep the station going. My Dad was right, help others for the sake of helping and you will find yourself receiving as good or better than you give.

I have been wanting to find a minister to bring the Listeners the word on Sunday morning., but I wanted the right person. Someone who brings the word right from The Good Book. I know all you have to do is ask and it will be given. God allowed me to cross paths with a wonderful man of God. I didn't know it then but he has been such a blessing to me. He is a young Pastor building his church and he has the fire for God that I was seeking. We never know when people enter our lives if they will stay for a season or for the duration, all we can do is live love and learn the lessons they bring us. Keep faithful and remain on our paths. Let God do the steering and all will be well.

I don't want you to think that it's easy for myself or anyone else, after all,  we are only human, with human thoughts and feelings and as I stated earlier, there have been those times that I wonder why I continue to try to get to that better place in this life.  The conclusion I always come to is that my work has not been completed yet and if God has to tear down what I have built over the last 40 years, I trust his wisdom and I comply with the plan because I know he has not brought me here to desert me now.

I thank Him for everything that He provides and I lean on Him completely. I know my strength comes from Him that created me. I want everyone that reads my postings to stop and count your blessings and forget all about your trials, for this I know, all you need do is look around at what others are going through and you will see that your not doing so bad after all. Stay encouraged, Stay prayed up and follow His path for you. For God loves you and so do I.

We Go Through Changes, Changes We Go Through

I have had so much on my mind lately. The last 3 years have been so full of change. That is truly the one thing that has been constant, Change. I am born under the sign of Taurus and as such, I like routine. Yes I like to shake things up a bit at times, but I’m comfortable with routine. Needless to say, it’s been a trying time for me, but I am also a survivor, more than that I am a conqueror. My faith keeps me moving forward.

The bright shining star through it all has been WDGP. I love managing this station and being a place for Independent Artists to shine. I am meeting some wonder, talented and down to earth people. I love what I’m doing and folks are taking notice. I have plans to expand the WDGP reach. What I mean by that isn’t about how far we reach, because we are heard all over the world and that in and of itself is a blessing, but what I mean is that we are going to expand into areas other than broadcasting. This will be a good change, a sweet change because we will be helping more people, especially the children. I am so ready for that change.

I also hope to retire from the nursing field completely, although that will take a while yet. I am working on it diligently. You know I have to move my feet. You see, my job situation has been the biggest part of all the changes. I can’t seem to get settled in a job, maybe because I don’t want one. It makes me feel like a slave. Having a job means someone else owns my time. I want it back, I must have it back. I have so much to do, but again, it is all in God’s time and as long as I stay the course and remain on my path, it will all work out just as it’s supposed to.

I guess what I am saying is that in order to be fulfilled I have to continue through all the changes, trials and tribulations until I get to my perfect place. I will continue to ask for God’s guidance and His grace and be ever so thankful for both. I will keep pushing, keep striving because I am on a mission. I can’t share much about it right now but those who know me know, I mean business and I’m about business. Trust and believe, it’s all in the making. Keep your eye on me, better still, join me. Let’s go!

Sunday

Yes, today is Sunday, this is the day set aside to enjoy, give thanks and praise and prepare for the upcoming week. Personally, I think these things should be done on a daily basis. It is so important to stay grounded and this process helps so much in that regard. If you stop each day to count  your blessings and then think about how you can be a blessing to someone else, there is no way for you to have a "bad" day. Of course, there will always be obstacles in your way. This will happen regardless of your spirituality, however, your connection to your higher power will see you through. If you don't have and nourish that connection, you will have those "bad" days, weeks and months. If you do give your praise and thanks even in the midst of the storms, you will flourish.

You need not take my word for it. Just look around you. Everyone knows at least one person that always has a smile, doesn't complain and never seems to get distressed over anything.  If you'd care to inspect closer, you will find that they do have the same types of concerns as everyone else, the difference is that they don't sit around and cry about it. They take it their higher power and  and lay it down, They have the attitude that is will all be taken care of and in the end, it is.  They know that they are protected and insulated from the problems of this world.

There is a way that you can test this strength for yourself. Give it 30 days. Every morning when you get up, give praise for the day. Pray sincerely for God's grace, ask for His guidance through your day. Ask Him to open your mind and to help you find ways to bless others. Then you tell me in 30 days how you feel. I expect that you will have a new lease on life, that the little things that used to cause you so much grief will hardly be given a second thought, all those obstacles will still be there, but, you will navigate over, under, around and sometimes through them.  Your mind will be clearer and you will be able to focus on living the wonderful life God has given you.  Try it for yourself and see.
Please leave a comment after the end of your 30 day trial and let me know about your transformation.

End of the Year

Well, This year is pretty much over and I have so many plans for 2010. I realize that the economy is not rebounding yet, but I am. The future looks very bright for my family and friends. The show "Conversations" seems to be taking on a life of it's own and I am enjoying the process. In 2010, I will continue to bring the best in Independents Music, and personal interviews with Novelist, Poets and more. Go here to find out about the show. Here's where to find out about up coming guests: WDKK. Join us every Saturday evening from
Free Small Biz eBook
Of course, Internet Marketers Blogtalk Radio Show is well into it's second year, I can hardly believe it, and it has become a great resource to those who are investigating starting their own business and those who have already done so but still that little push to move forward. I have plans for Internet Marketers Network as well. I've been busy during 2009 and it will begin to pay off in 2010 and beyond. I have also teamed up with a business partner and we have BIG plans for 2010 as well but I'll have to tell you about that later, I will give you a hint. It involves the entertainment industry. God has answered prayers for me this year and I have a clear path 2010. I hope you can say the same. Happy Holidays to each and everyone of you and big wishes of prosperity for 2010 and into the future.

Where Is This All Headed?

I'm not sure but I'm enjoying the ride. This is a beautiful morning. My weekend was calm, I got to spend time with my Grandkids yesterday. It was fun, but, they did wear me out. :-)
I got something going with my Business Partner we have some exciting things in the works! Things are moving ahead with my import/export business, there is so much to be done before I can get down to the business itself.
Everything is moving along nicely. I have big plans for the future. I am successful because I believe it to be so. God said and I claim it.
This is what we must do, Believe it, Claim it, make it happen.
Things are happening so fast that I'm dizzy with excitement. All my years of hard work is really beginning to pay off.
I have been producing some great shows lately, I had Dennis "Lucky" Taylor on and he was awesome. There was also the interview I did with Kamal Imani he and the cast from his movie In The Attic were so full of energy, I loved doing those shows and I have more on the horizon. On the 31st of this month I will be interviewing one of music's legends. I am sure if you know anything about music, you know at Brick. They will be on the show talking about their past successes and what their up to now. I hope you will join us.
I will have another announcement soon, I am taking my show to the next level which will allow me to help more people in new and innovative ways. Stay tuned for the next update.
Have a peaceful and prosperous week.

Gratefulness

Today's blog entry is different from other blogs I have written. I am writing abut my gratefulness. My gratefulness to God and the universe.I always felt that I would come into my own in the later years of my life. Even when I prayed to God to just let me lie to see my children grow up when I had my early bout with the big Ca, I felt that there was something more in store for me. I am now standing on that threshold. I am listening, I am focused, I am ready. I am very fortunate to have been introduced to The System Within. I am thankful that God allowed Mr Glenn Gordon to cross my path. He has been an encouragement and a Godsend of knowledge and information. It is true that a little kindness can ripple into a wondrous event. I am not able to share with you at this point, but, keep your eyes on me. I don't want you to miss it. Friday night I went to see Danny Williams preform. He was marvelous. His set flowed effortlessly and everyone seemed to enjoy him and his antics. He was my guest Saturday on the Internet Marketers BTR show at 4 pm est. If you missed it you can listen to the archived show from my show page. Although we had some technical difficulties, I think the show went well. Look for a few subtle changes in the IMBTR format in the near future. I have come up with a way to offer exposure to more of the talented members of Internet Marketers as well as the members of TSW. I am so excited about the future. Remember, there will be no show on July 4th in honor of the holiday. Don't forget about the contest with Glenn Gordon (GG) It will conclude on July 11th during the show. We will give away 2 copyrighting kits (a$60 value) , as well as a couple of his CDs. Please see the show page for details. Everything happens in God's time. I am so grateful that His time is now. God bless my family, friends and readers and help them to stay faithful and encouraged.

Empowering Yourself Through Entrpreneurship

This has been a good week. God is truly blessing. Last Saturday, I had the honor of speaking during my church's Women's Day Anniversary Workshop I spoke on the Topic of Empowering Yourself Through Entrepreneurship. It was quite well received and I seemed to have everyone's attention. When I was done I had several questions from the audience. All in all I was very satisfied that I had inspired and encouraged someone to start the journey of living their dreams. I also offered my assistance to anyone that requests it. As I always say if at the end of the day I can say I helped someone, well it was a good day. Later that day I had my usual interview on Internet Marketers BTR show. Because I had been busy all day I had not had a chance to speak to my scheduled guest, as I usually do. Wouldn't you know that this would be the day when there would e a problem? At any rate my guest did not show up but I was able to save the show by discussing what I had just share with the workshop participants. Then what you know a gentleman I met on BlackWomenConnect called in to the show apologizing for calling in late. Wow, can you imagine that? He said he had made himself a note because he had another meeting but he wanted to be sure to participate in the show. Isn't God awesome? It turned out that he is a writer, who wrote a book of Poetry called Love is..a Beautiful Black Woman. God sent him to save the show. I invited him to return to discuss his book and his struggles in greater detail. All in all it was a great day. I am sharing this to show that when your heart is right, things will work out, even when they don't work out as planned. We need to not be so rigid in our thinking and our desires that we can not figure out how to make the best of whatever situations we find ourselves in in life. Let us remain open to receive the blessings that will be bestowed upon us.
