What is being grateful about

Hey @Everyone. I pray that all is well with you and yours.

I'm coming to the realization that I am in my final chapter. I am at that point in life when you finally know what life is. I am so grateful for all those who have had a part in my life thus far, weather for a moment,  an hour or more. I believe there is something you or I or both has benefitted from the interaction. God bless all his helpers (Angels).

I recently started a gratitude journal, and it got me thinking about it. It has been instilled in me to always be grateful for God's grace and mercies,  and I try to thank my Savior on a  frequent basis and give Him the glory, however, I find that writing it down is reaffirming for me.

Today's question is "Who would you be unable to live without  right in this very moment. Who are they and why are they so important? Let's feel good about them today. "

It struck me suddenly that there is no male or female person I would not be able to live on without. Admittedly, there are many people I love(d) and miss (would miss), I know I'd be able to live beyond them as I have those I've lost along the way.

I am and will be grateful for their love, care and assistance during our walk together. They influence me still and I will forever keep the wonderous memories and let the rest go. I will live on until my time ends. I hope those I leave behind will also be able to live on without me and know If we live right, we will see each other again. I am thankful for you reading this post right now. God Bless.

Resurrection Thoughts

On this glorious Resurrection Sunday, my heart resonates with the stirring of renewal, the promise of a fresh beginning. Today, I am captivated by the sense of limitless possibilities and the dawn of new opportunities.

I eagerly anticipate the unfolding of the next thrilling chapters in my life. The recent setback I faced was merely a stepping stone to my triumphant return and rise to greatness.

I am filled with anticipation as I prepare to harvest the bountiful blessings of Elohim's unwavering love, protection, grace, and mercy. It is already decreed. All I must do is venture forth, guided by the divine path lovingly carved out for me, and with the divine assistance of the Holy Spirit, I am destined to reach my ultimate purpose safely and triumphantly. Amen.

Faith

When I was younger, it was nothing to just move by faith. As I aged it became harder to do, even though I had faith, I just didn't do somethings. Even though I spoke faith, there seem an invisible barrier to acting on that faith.  For the last year, I seemed t be stuck. Knowing what I needed to do, knowing God got me, knowing He has never let me down, I was...stuck..

The Father was constantly showing me that I was somewhere I didn't need to be. Projects I tried to initiate, never got off the ground. I had always gone to my J-O-B and  then come home and worked on goals but in the last six months or so I had no energy to work my goals. It was all I could do to make it home feeling exhausted. I begin to pray and ask God for guidance.

One day I was setting in a meeting feeling like I was 10 years old being chastised for an imagined wrong doing. It was at that moment I heard Him say "How much more do I need to show you? It's time to move daughter." clear as a bell. I decided right then that I had had enough of working in that hostile, prejudice, controlling environment.
By the time I had gotten home, I had convinced myself to not go back. I called out the next day and got a call from a co-worker I respect. She told me she had put her resignation in. I told her I wasn't coming back. She understood my feeling but gently encouraged me to give them notice. I thought on it, prayed about it and returned to work the next day and gave two weeks notice. It was official. Once again I would step out on my faith and trust God completely. I felt mo fear, just confidence that I was doing the right thing.

"If what is ahead scares you, and what is behind hurts you, just look above. He never fails to help you"

The little money I had quickly began to disappear, but do you know that when God says move, and you do, He takes care of everything. I was talking with a friend who asked me if I had applied for unemployment benefits. I told her I had not because I wasn't sure I qualified. She asked what reason I gave for leaving my J-O-B I told her and she said that when she done the same thing for the same reason she got benefits. She encouraged me a couple of more days and I did apply for my benefit. I got a letter a couple f days later informing me that there would be a hearing to see if I was truly eligible for benefits. The date was a whole month away. I continued looking for part time work as I had been even months before I decided to leave the J-O-B. I was praying that I'd have something in place before the hearing but this was not to be. The hearing was held and even though the decision was not made that day, I knew in my heart that I would be denied, yet I did not panic. As I stated before I was never even considering filing until my friend convinced me to give it a shot so I was out nothing.
In between the job seeking, I worked on the radio station website and Children's World of Music (CWOM). I got a lot done, I seemed revitalized, empowered. I was getting it all done and spending quality time with my grandchildren.

It took me took me almost 3 months to find the part time work I was seeking but in that time, despite the fact that I was out of money 3 weeks after I left that J-O-B, I paid 2 bills 1 week late. There is no way I would have been able to maintain my household if it were no for God's grace and mercy. I thank him everyday throughout each day. I will continue this faith walk even when I can not see the path. I know God got me. I will move when he says so.

If you would like t assist me in reaching my financial goal for CWOM go here  Thank you

We Go Through Changes, Changes We Go Through

I have had so much on my mind lately. The last 3 years have been so full of change. That is truly the one thing that has been constant, Change. I am born under the sign of Taurus and as such, I like routine. Yes I like to shake things up a bit at times, but I’m comfortable with routine. Needless to say, it’s been a trying time for me, but I am also a survivor, more than that I am a conqueror. My faith keeps me moving forward.

The bright shining star through it all has been WDGP. I love managing this station and being a place for Independent Artists to shine. I am meeting some wonder, talented and down to earth people. I love what I’m doing and folks are taking notice. I have plans to expand the WDGP reach. What I mean by that isn’t about how far we reach, because we are heard all over the world and that in and of itself is a blessing, but what I mean is that we are going to expand into areas other than broadcasting. This will be a good change, a sweet change because we will be helping more people, especially the children. I am so ready for that change.

I also hope to retire from the nursing field completely, although that will take a while yet. I am working on it diligently. You know I have to move my feet. You see, my job situation has been the biggest part of all the changes. I can’t seem to get settled in a job, maybe because I don’t want one. It makes me feel like a slave. Having a job means someone else owns my time. I want it back, I must have it back. I have so much to do, but again, it is all in God’s time and as long as I stay the course and remain on my path, it will all work out just as it’s supposed to.

I guess what I am saying is that in order to be fulfilled I have to continue through all the changes, trials and tribulations until I get to my perfect place. I will continue to ask for God’s guidance and His grace and be ever so thankful for both. I will keep pushing, keep striving because I am on a mission. I can’t share much about it right now but those who know me know, I mean business and I’m about business. Trust and believe, it’s all in the making. Keep your eye on me, better still, join me. Let’s go!
