Resurrection Thoughts

On this glorious Resurrection Sunday, my heart resonates with the stirring of renewal, the promise of a fresh beginning. Today, I am captivated by the sense of limitless possibilities and the dawn of new opportunities.

I eagerly anticipate the unfolding of the next thrilling chapters in my life. The recent setback I faced was merely a stepping stone to my triumphant return and rise to greatness.

I am filled with anticipation as I prepare to harvest the bountiful blessings of Elohim's unwavering love, protection, grace, and mercy. It is already decreed. All I must do is venture forth, guided by the divine path lovingly carved out for me, and with the divine assistance of the Holy Spirit, I am destined to reach my ultimate purpose safely and triumphantly. Amen.

Continuing the Journey

I'm older,  and tired, yet I must continue on. I will make it if I have to die trying. I have so many ideas, so many things to try, so much that I am overwhelmed with day to day work and all the things swimming around in my head, at this time when  money is TIGHT! At my age, I should be ending my daily grind, but I can't seem to let go of the paycheck.

I have found a couple of exciting tools to use, not only to build my business, but to help people build theirs. You know I got to help however, whenever I can.

The last 2 -4 years have been challenging, not because of  the pandemic, but because of my life circumstances. I won't bore you with the details, suffice it to say, I never gave up and as a result, I am still here among you, still living my best life!

On the WDGP Radio front, It's time for a do over, I will be working on the revamped site this weekend. I plan to showcase all the interviews I've done on air and maybe some that didn't air for 1 reason or another.

I not sure that  I will continue to play music. Not really sure because as you know I love music and Independent Artists/Record Labels. Music is life. That is why our hearts have BEATS.

I'm still interested in televising future interviews, I'm just not clear on which platform I want to try. If you have any you'd like to recommend, please leave it in the comments, I appreciate my friends. I am also going to upload a few previous interviews that I still have possession of. They will be on my YouTube Page.

I am still dreaming of finding a little spot where I can spotlight local talent, offer a light menu, soft and hard drinks, and good people who know how to enjoy the situation.

I'm gong to stop here and I hope to have some news next time I stop by. Make it a great day on Purpose!

Peace.

The 5 Essential Skills Every Entrepreneur Needs

I have interacted with numerous entrepreneurs and have studied the traits of successful entrepreneurs. Here are the five essential skills that every entrepreneur needs to succeed:

  1. Creativity and Innovation: Entrepreneurs need to be creative and

innovative to identify new ideas, products, or services that can meet the needs of their target customers. They need to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions to the problems they aim to solve.

  2. Adaptability and Flexibility: Entrepreneurs must be able to adapt to changes in the market and adjust their strategies as needed. They should be flexible and open-minded to new ideas and opportunities that arise.

  3. Leadership and Management: Entrepreneurs need to possess excellent leadership and management skills to build and lead a team of individuals towards a common goal. They must be able to inspire and motivate their team to achieve the desired outcomes.

  4. Financial Management: Entrepreneurs should have a good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting. This helps them to make informed decisions and manage resources efficiently.

  5. Communication: Effective communication is essential for entrepreneurs to convey their ideas and vision to their team, investors, customers, and other stakeholders. They should be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. By mastering these five skills, entrepreneurs can build successful businesses and navigate the challenges and uncertainties that come with starting and running a business.

Off To The Future

I am so excited to experience what God has in store for me in this year 2018. I have told you about the goodness of my Lord and Savior. You have seen his hand in my life over the past decade or so. I have always been open and honest about the miracles he has worked in my life.

I know that when you submit to His will, your journey is so much sweeter because you realize that no matter how bad it looks, God has a plan for you. Just like a loving parent, God allows you to walk on your own, but trust, he is there looking over you, protecting you from danger and harm. As long as we stay obedient to his Word, He will continue to bless us. To gain the biggest benefit, you must maintain your personal relationship with Our Lord.

When you do and are in tune, you will see how God reveals. If you are not clear, or don't feel sure of a situation, just be still, take it to God and watch how your correct next step will be revealed. Ask Him to smooth it out for you and then look and listen, I promise you, He will direct your steps.

Sometimes, it feels like He has forgotten your request, He has not. There maybe many reasons for this. Perhaps you have a lesson to learn or you need to associate or even disassociate with people, places, and/or things. Just listen.

To become a good listener to God's instruction, you must give Him time. This is how you build and maintain a personal relationship with God. Pray to Him, let Him know you appreciate everything He has done and will do. Praise Him even when you are in the center of the storm. I  am telling you that if you do this and steady His Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth (BIBLE), You will see the evidence of God in your life.

Just recently, I have had a test. I asked that God reveal the truth of a situation and true to His word, He has opened my eyes. I am seeing the path I should take so clearly and the outcome has already been promised, Amen and Amen.

To those who follow my writings, God bless and keep you and may 2018 be you best most bless year ever!

Good bye 2017...Hello 2018

Today is the first day of a New Year, a blank canvas to fill with learning, loving, fun, success and fulfillment.

I am not sad to see 2017 leave, it was a year of many obstacles, many changes, some good and some not so good. The best thing I can say about 2017 is that the last quarter brought me something I'd never imagined I have again, It brought me love, and for that I am truly grateful to God.

Now is the time to reflect on 2017, see the mistakes and the successes and make  a plan for 2018. There are several things I'd like to accomplish this year. First, I have to take WDGP radio to the next level fr myself, for Indie Artists and for the children, which brings me to my next goal, Children's World of Music will flourish in 2018.  There is much to be done and only 364 days left to get to it.  It's now or never so I choose now. Let's take this journey together and make this year 2018 the best year yet!

Motivation

You can never know where your motivation will come from. Most recently, mine came from my "slave" job, The one I do just to have a few dollars coming in so I can spend time manifesting my true goal of surpassing the slave job income so I'll be able to live the life I want and deserve.

I was working for the same company at a facility about 12 minutes from my home. I was only working part time because they didn't have the position I wanted open so I was working as a back up MDS Coordinator and filling in the remaining part time hours working as a charge nurse, audit nurse, or supervisor depending on the facility need.

I was told by my DON that the MDS corporate boss wanted me to take a full time MDS position in another facility as there were several openings in several of their buildings. The draw back was that all of the other facilities are at least an hour away from me, besides that, I wasn't really in the market for a full time gig as I am building my own business and require the extra time to do so.

To make a long story short, I interviewed at this one facility and was initially told I would get a particular wage that turned out to be lower when all was said and done. I took the position anyway because I was promised a larger increase later on. Well, you guessed it, not only did I not get the extra increase, I got less than the traditional 2% increase. I was livid.

Thus, my motivation to concentrate on me and my plans to grow my own business. This year, I will not only replace the income from the slave job, but surpass it. I am laying all my ground work, everything is in place, now watch me work.

You just never know when or where you'll get that jolt that catapults you to your success.
